Cracking The Perimeter :: CTP Online
Previously known as "BackTrack to the Max," Cracking the Perimeter is training designed for seasoned, hardcore security professionals who need to take their skills to the next level.
Topics such as Software Exploitation, 0day bug hunting and Exploitation, Antivirus avoidance, PE code injection, Obscure Web Application Auditing, manual shellcode encoding, remote sniffing with Cisco GRE tunnels and more are discussed. CTP online security training is available now.
How Does it Work
Your registration to a course entitles you to the downloadable "Offensive Security CTP" course videos. You can watch these videos using a PC with speakers and a modern browser - at your own leisure. The videos are in SWF format.
The Offensive Security CTP Online labs are available for practicing the newly learned attack methodologies presented to the students throughout the course, and are accessible
remotely by registered students. We offer 30 and 60 day packages. You can contact the trainers and other students via the Internet Relay Chat or through private messaging.
OSCE Certification
Students who successfully complete the Offensive Security Cracking the Perimeter certification challenge receive the OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert) certification. This intense, one-of-a-kind 48 hour straight exam will be a true test of your abilities.
Pre-Requisites
Offensive Security CTP is not an entry level course. A good familiarity with basic Windows exploitation techniques is required. You should be comfortable in Ollydbg, and understand concepts such as shellcode encoding, use of the metasploit framework and Linux at large. Premium candidates are OSCP certified professionals who have completed and mastered their buffer overflow extra mile excercises.
