Salma is regarded as a SCRUM expert! When Salma obtains new knowledge, she’s eager to share it with others, and has discussions with other project managers on new approaches, best practices, and ideas on how things can improve. She has a sincere yet direct manner that allows her to cut through extraneous details and practice blameless problem solving.

Ashley leads our Employee Relations team bringing a caring, empathetic touch to humanize our culture. Her work ethic and engagement with people at OffSec makes a huge impact. Ashley proactively goes out of her way to check-in on the mental and overall well-being of our staff, helping to facilitate and drive important discussions. Her creative thinking helped create new innovative ways to help us understand how we keep a focus on and improve employee health.

Ashley constantly displays OffSec's CORE values and is well deserving of receiving this month's CORE Award!

Sid is an exemplary Student Mentor - he is the embodiment of the CORE Award. Sid drives business outcomes, demonstrates core values and fundamental behaviors, and exhibits a sense of urgency that creates real impact. Sid is leading efforts in how we use AI to more effectively support our team and the learning experience. In addition, Sid is showing great promise as a live instructor, able to act as lead instructor on multiple PEN200 modules. He taught a recent course with aplomb.

Saumil’s relentless pursuit of growth mindset, extreme ownership, valuing others, immense smarts, and selfless behavior is invaluable to OffSec. From being a critical member of the finance organization to one the most important members of the extended sales team, no one personifies driving business outcomes, embodying OffSec's core values, and driving a massive sense of urgency more than Saumil. He is invaluable to our GTM motions, management of our business, and is a trusted partner to the leadership team. Saumil goes above and beyond all the time, is a joy to work with, and helps others succeed. Saumil ROCKS!

Nikki is the definition of passion and teamwork. Whether it be supporting the ECS, SSc, or the sales team, no ask is too big or too small for Nikki. Her sunny disposition and positive can-do attitude make her a customer favorite and someone they love working with. She will go to the end of the Earth for her clients, teammates, and the company, and is always to step in to assist any team at any moment with such enthusiasm for her work. Nikki selflessly goes above and beyond everyday!

Tudor consistently applies his expertise to every project he works on and enthusiastically assists other teams. His passion for delighting learners is shown as he continuously thinks like an architect when proposing solutions to issues with interim and long-term resolutions.

Tudor is committed to teamwork by always offering to explain how things work while being ready to bounce ideas back and forth to find the best way to tackle tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency. Congratulations, Tudor!
